**Administration experience**

Area Supervisor role is to manage the day to day operation of a number of commercial cleaning contracts. The role involves liaising with clients to ensure good relationships, and managing cleaning staff to ensure that they are fulfilling their duties to a consistent acceptable standard, that they are trained properly and have the correct equipment and cleaning supplies. You will need to be a driver, a good communicator, organised and be able to work as part of a team,

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage cleaning operatives
- Contact prospective customers. Be confident on the phone
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete administrative tasks
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computerised systems and software, including data entry
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
