We are looking for someone with strong people skills, who can work independently and as part of a large team, to join the DMWS Bank Team at Glasgow and Clyde.DMWS is an international charity that has been providing welfare support to the Armed Forces Community for over 75 years. In recent years we have extended our support to include veterans, NHS staff and the emergency services. We also provide support to The Merchant Navy.

The responsibilities will be the welfare and effective management of referrals as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to correctly assess the welfare needs of service users with unfaltering professionalism and sensitivity. You will be a creative individual with the ability to co-ordinate and deliver a number of services in Glasgow & Clyde. Additional hours may be available to support other projects within DMWS with a possibility that unsociable hours and on call rotas may be a part of your work. Experience in health and social or welfare services essential.

- 30 days leave plus bank holidays calculated pro-rata
- Mileage paid between locations (45p per mile)

- £25 contribution towards eye tests and a contribution of £50 towards glasses. (As long as they are only needed for DSE use and not otherwise needed on a standard prescription).
