We're looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join the growing Platinum team at our Head Office in Fareham, near to Portchester, Gosport, Portsmouth, and Southampton.

The position is full time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week. _(08:30am - 17:00pm)_

**General Duties (not exhaustive)**:

- Support the compliance team and Contract managers to ensure all contract SLAs and compliance requirements are met - _full training provided._
- Deliver the standards of the Standard Operating Procedure [SOP] delivery and ensure timescales are adhered to - _full training provided._
- Assist in booking in subcontractors and requesting service sheets.
- Contribute to internal systems, ensuring that all are correctly maintained and accurate.
- Diary Management.

**Qualifications and Required experience**:

- Customer Service background.
- Experience working in a facilities management company preferable however full training and support will be offered so not essential.
- Excellent Communication skills - Written and verbal.
