Restructa is the UK’s leading specialist recycler for Display products. At the forefront of sustainability, we work to provide reuse, repair and innovative recycling solutions for TV’s, Monitors and all types of WEEE.

We have an opportunity for an experienced PA to join our team in Irvine.

**The Role**

Working directly with and supporting the Directors in the day-to day operations of the business. This is a busy work environment and would suit someone who is organized and efficient. The role would be best suited to somebody with an Environmental background and experience in waste management systems and regulations, but full training will be provided.

**Job Summary**:

- Arranging and attending monthly Board meetings, recording and distributing minutes
- Overseeing regulatory office functions, ensuring the accuracy of reporting and data
- Managing diaries and arranging travel and accommodation
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team, assisting with launches and communication
- Give guidance, leadership and training to staff to maintain an effective business support team.

**Essential skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft packages experience - Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint etc.
- Several years of experience in a similar role supporting colleagues at Director level
