This Altrincham office-based role will be focused on supporting the customer service team in dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis via different platforms.
You must have a passion for helping others and an interest in the beauty industry and must be willing to go above and beyond in a customer centric focused business.

**Key Responsibilities and tasks**

Directly interact with customers across inbound and outbound communication channels providing a friendly and efficient service.

Have the flexibility to not only work around your own daily priorities but also customer’s requirements.

Take ownership of customer issues and attempt to resolve including liaising with other departments before escalating to CS Manager.

Learn about our organisation's products or services and keep up to date with changes ensuring team is also up to date.

Time keeping management is essential.

Ensure customer details are correctly entered and that all GDPR requirements are complied with.

Be confident making telephone calls and dealing with difficult situations.

Champion for customer service improvements both within the Customer Services team and the wider business.

Respond to customer reviews on public review sites e.g Trustpilot.

Building & maintaining strong customer relationships.

You need to be able to work closely and professionally with all our suppliers to maintain our successful business relationships.

**Skills and Experience**

Excellent written and spoken English

Previous experience in Customer retention or Commercial Customer Service role essential

At least 2 years’ experience in an office-based customer service role

Good phone etiquette

Computer literate

You must work well to deadlines & have excellent multi-tasking skills

You will have the ability to work under pressure.

Fluent or Native English Speaking (Must be able to speak English at an idiomatic level with outstanding sentence structure, spelling, and grammar.)

This is a fast-paced role that will require some of your time working into the evenings and over the weekends when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm. Possible weekend/evening work when required at the business.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
