The work environment is quite sensitive as it requires great attention to health and safety and avoiding potential hazard to the residents and staffs. The home has a very fiendly environment and any maintenace person is treated with utmost respect and given the flexibility to carry out the tasks in an appropriate way.

**General Maintenance**

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and building faults.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or areas that require maintenance.
- Conduct routine Fire Alarm tests and ensure Fire equipment are in right place and good condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Painting & Decoration.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate tasks.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal staff and external vendors.
