Within this position, you will be responsible for the management of the tendering process once specifications have been finalised, supporting corporate contracts due for reviews, undertaking market analysis for low value categories and promote professional development to maintain an awareness of current legislation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the tender process once specifications have been agreed by commissioners
- Support with the monitoring and programming of tasks for future implementation
- Establish benchmarking in comparative costs to inform budget commitments for specific user groups
- Resolve and respond to supplier and end user queries
- Maintain and operate data analysis systems and processes

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong working knowledge of EU Procurement Directives and relevant legislation
- Track record of delivering efficiencies across procurement projects
- Professional procurement experience essential
