**Your role will involve**:

- Verifying identity documents, completing all eligibility checks, and investigating documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining compliance against internal and external audits relating to aviation vetting, and always ensuring references are of a satisfactory quality with mínimal Identity Check rejection rates.
- Carrying out security interviews for pass authorisation.
- Creating a positive on-boarding process for new joiners, keeping them engaged throughout the process.

**These skills are essential**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information well across a variety of stakeholders.
- Solid administration skills, with the ability to learn new skills and cross train when needed.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in written communication.
- Delivering excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- The ability to plan, prioritise and work to tight deadlines as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work.
- A self-starter motivated to work on their own initiative to achieve results.

**Ideally, you'll also have**:

- Additional language skills
- Familiarity working in a continuously evolving environment
