Office Administrator

**The Role**
We are currently seeking a reliable Office Administrator on a part-time basis to support our team, ensuring staff has excellent support to work efficiently.
As the Office Administrator, you will have a varied role, including:
- Dealing with client enquiries in a timely manner
- Co-ordinating meetings between staff and clients
- Updating our databases with sound knowledge of GDPR
- General organisation of the office space
- Liaising with clients to request accounting information
**About You**
You should be reliable and punctual, with common sense and superb communication skills. You should also be especially sensitive to people’s needs and good at working with others, as much of your work will be focused on dealing with clients.
We require applicants to have strong interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to deal with enquiries efficiently, with tact and diplomacy. You should have great enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail.
Ideally, applicants should have knowledge in AML and financial compliance, but this is not essential.
Minimum 2 years' experience required in an administrative or similar position.

Salary meets NMW

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
