Sales Order Administrator

Traditional Norfolk Poultry is one of the leading companies processing free range and organic poultry to high welfare standards, supplying premium tier products to multiple UK retailers.
We are looking for a part-time sales administrator to join our sales order processing team based in Shropham, Norfolk
Flexible working pattern 3 days per week - 25 hours, that includes working one weekend in three. Opportunity for additional hours covering holidays and during busy seasonal periods.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and friendly team working with multiple functions both internally and externally including sales, supply chain, distribution, planning and finance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing customer orders from receipt to invoicing
- Preparing paperwork for the despatch of stock
- Liaising with our haulage partners to arrange collections and deliveries of product
- Supporting the sales team as required
**Experience & Skills**:
- Good communication skills
- Motivated and tenacious
- Attention to detail
- Good numeracy
- Computer literate including a basic understanding of Excel
- Can work well as part of a team and on your own
**We are offering**:
- A competitive hourly rate of pay including higher rate for weekend working
- Flexible working
- 28 days holiday in your first year of employment increasing by one day per year of service to a maximum of 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays) pro rata.
