**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Advanced Support Workers, to work within a brand new service, supporting 2 people with learning disabilities, Autism, complex health needs, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
This service is in Culcheth, Warrington.
At this service, there will be 2 staff members on during the day, 1 waking night and also a sleep shift too.
- As an Advanced Support Worker here, you will need to be able to think outside the box, adapt to different support styles, be a team player & be passionate about caring and supporting others.
- This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.
