Job Description - Sales Order Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Order Coordinator
Responsible to: Sales Office Manager
Location: Ashton Under Hill

General

To work as part of the Greenfix team and to make a positive contribution to the management, develop
- ment, operation, staffing, health & safety, financial performance, and efficient and effective service of the business.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Order Processing from order arrival through to delivery and accounts.
- Order communication - informing the customer of the delivery date, and keeping the customer updated on delivery.
- Proforma Payments
- (responsible for raising proforma invoices, arranging payments via WorldPay, printing and posting receipts and invoices).
- PODs - Assist Accounts when required.
- Utilise CRM System (Goldvision) - Update Goldvision of order progress to completion.
- Help maintain the stock list - (Booking out stock and booking in stock)
- Support - To take a lead role in supporting the sales and accounts departments.
- Post - (sending out samples and literature / weekly envelope to Greenfix Yarm).
- Stationary - (monitoring and ordering all stationery and ink).
- Answering the phone when required.
- Work as part of the team and help improve business performance.
- To develop other initiatives to help grow the business’s income and profitability.
- Send out electronic product/company information when required.
- Always follow company sales procedures.
- Assist the sales team with quotes as needed when members of the sales team are out of the office.

*you may be asked to complete tasks by the Ashton Management or Company directors outside of the above list which you will be expected to carry out.

Financial Management
- Follow the correct company accounts procedure.

Stock and Logistics
- Use internal stock systems to monitor stock levels.
- Advise the Sales Office manager of any issues regarding stock and stock system.

Sales
- Always follow company sales administration strategy.
- Where possible try to up-sell other company products.
- Put the customer at the forefront of everything that you do.
- Ensure the company’s minimum standards are always implemented.
- Continually think and propose ways of improving our customer service.

Human Resource
- Take part in the company’s annual appraisal process.
- Ensure that company human resource procedures are always followed.

Teamwork
- Be a proactive member of the team.
- Work and support your work colleagues at all times.
- Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities when required to help support the team.
- General upkeep of workspace and office to ensure a clean working environment.

General
- To represent the company at meetings, presentations, and seminars and with other organisations and businesses and actively promote the company and its products
- Responsible for any other duties that fall within the remit of the post to ensure the continued success of the company.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Evesham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Order processing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location
