**We are looking for office support within our growing work force at Nationserv.**

**Some of the duties will include**:

- Process documents for new and existing claims
- Prepare written responses to enquiries
- Building strong working relationships with relevant professionals
- Accurate data entry with client records
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Uploading photos
- Logging invoices and updating spreadsheets
- Updating work boards
- Typing and proofreading various documents
- Assisting with basic clerical tasks as needed
- Chasing quotes from suppliers
- Assist with materials
- Previous experience of working within a claims environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Work towards set deadlines
- Be flexible in approach to work

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Strong telephone skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £17,053.40-£22,000.00 per year
