Mostell Logistics, part of the Browns Food Group have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Admin Assistant. The role is based at our head office in Kirkconnel (DG4 6RB) and reports to the Group Transport Manager.

Overall purpose of the role:
1. Processing Orders & Purchase Orders

2. Receipting Invoices

3. Scanning/ renaming

4. Invoicing (Internal/ External)

5. Backloads paperwork & invoices

6. PPE Stock

7. Stationary Stock

8. Driver timesheets

9. General Admin

10. Monthly Fuel Breakdown

11. Company Vehicles

12. Parking Charges
- Strong IT literacy skills including Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to spot and escalate potential problems
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within a warehouse/ distribution/ logistics environment
- Great written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
