**What you'll be doing**
Our fantastic Balfour Beatty Living Places Team in Southampton, have recently identified the need for a new and exciting role **- Site Agent - Projects **to be based in the city.

You will be responsible for the operational delivery of the planned works and maintenance programmes. This role will deliver one off projects.

**Who we're looking for** So, what might we be looking for?**

**Governance**:
The role will be responsible for ensuring the schemes completed as part of the planned works programme.

**Comply with the following**:

- BMS - Group Policy and Procedure;
- Gate 3b;
- QM - BIM field 360;
- Telematics - Plant and vehicles;
- Management of programme slippage using ASTA;
- Compliance of NHSS - 12d,16 and 30;
- Considerate constructors Scheme;
- NRSWA;
- Street Manager (road space booking).

**Commercial**:

- Deliver the schemes to the minimum commercial expectations set out in the scheme commercial documentation
- Management of Risk and opportunities
- Management of change control through NEC 3 standards.

**You’ll probably have**:

- full driving licence
- SMSTS
- NVQ L6
- NRSWA Supervisor
- CSCS Manages card
- Experience in a similar field or role
- Programming
- Highway maintenance / civils construction projects experience
