**Main Purpose of the Role**:
To work as a member of the Customer Care team to provide administration and telephone support for customer and internal queries. To take ownership and resolve queries and complete tasks effectively and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administration support.
- To complete invoicing and financial processes.
- Ensuring quality data input accuracy.
- Providing advice and information to customers on additional products and services.
- Accurate record keeping.
- Providing support and cover across the wider Customer Care Centre as and when required.
- Liaising with other departments on administrative matters.
- Following and promoting the implementation of UK Coaching’s policies for the equal treatment of all employees, applicants and customers.
- Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility.

**Skills and Attributes**:
**Essential**:

- Experience of invoicing and financial processes.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
- Excellent IT skills, using MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kind, personable and organised.
- Ability to multi-task and use own initiative.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and positively.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and hit targets.
- Ability to act independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management system.
- Experience of using delegate management and learner management systems.
- Experience of working in an outbound customer service environment.
- Keen interest in sport & physical activity, with an emphasis on coaching.
- An interest in improving the lives of people.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
