**Hours**: 37 hours per week. 52 weeks a year

**Job Overview**:
To ensure stakeholders are provided with comprehensive, reliable, and up to date information and reporting services. The information produced will be used to inform business decisions up to strategic management level.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To help inform decision making through access to insightful and informative reporting via SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and PowerBI
- To identify and exploit opportunities to use new, existing, and emerging technologies for the distribution and collection of information.
- Liaise closely with Key Managers, contributing to business processes using systems/data and reporting
- To advise staff on accessing information and to provide in-house training for staff in the use of information systems and other systems as appropriate
- To support the on-going improvements to data systems and reporting to support staff in delivering their roles
- An awareness of developments surrounding student information management and how to incorporate into reporting

- Experience of producing, managing and analysing data
- Experience of data systems
- A demonstrable record of success in previous roles.
- T-SQL query writing
- SSRS report/form design
- A committed and enthusiastic approach to working
- A flexible attitude to changing demands
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent Communications Skills
