The great thing about our relief contracts is they give you flexibility; you tell us when you're available and we would then try to give you shifts to fit.

**The Role**

As a member of our relief team, you'll help us to make sure that we continue to deliver excellent care and support during times of colleague annual leave, training and absence.

As a Support Practitioner, you will support day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments and prompting with personal care and medication. We are looking for people who'll be enthusiastic about participating and supporting with hobbies and interests including the gym, football, meeting with friends.

**About You**

We’re looking for people who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of others. We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. **We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too**

**What we need you to bring;**
- Good communication skills
- A caring attitude and approach
- A positive approach to learning
- Confidence in the use of computers

**Shift Patterns**

We have various shifts patterns including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, waking nights and public holidays.
