**Legal Secretary**
Duties involved: Audio typing, completing forms, following procedures, file management, archiving, dealing with client enquiries, relaying information accurately and general administrative duties.
Person requirements: Own initiative, ability to prioritise workload and organise own diary, ability to follow instructions accurately, ability to adapt to different working styles and situations, computer skills including Microsoft Office and outlook, excellent communication and customer care skills. Experience in a similar role would be desirable but training can be provided.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
