Position Overview
- Our Senior Associate Talent Acquisition is responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different channels and professional talent acquisition platforms.With guidance from UK TA Leadership and in connection with Global Talent Acquisition you will be partnering directly with the People & Development Generalists, Talent Acquisition colleagues, wider People & Development Team and Business areasYour key responsibilities will include driving corporate recruitment initiatives, formulating and deploying employer branding content, liaising with counterparts to develop effective sourcing strategies as well as establishing strategic relationships with external partners/Recruitment Agencies and Job Boards Companies.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the Ralph Lauren Corporation in partnership with the Corporate Busines, P&D and Global Talent Acquisition
- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find direct and passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media, employee referrals, external partners and other creative sourcing venues
- Works very closely with Recruitment Agency Partners - managing the Preferred Agency Supplier List, contract reviews, negotiations on terms, documentation management, setting up new agencies on supplier payment systems and onboarding the Agency in representing Ralph Lauren.
- Update Scout/Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS), company processes and manage all follow-up communications
- Manage right to work checks, digital/in person checks - and Offer management - delivering and working with P&D on documentation
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the People & Development department
- Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process
- Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement in Talent Acquisition

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- You will need strong business acumen, relationship building and business partnering skills - with a focus and HR systems on Data Protection.You will excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and people management skills, as well as the desire to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Collaboration, resilience and creativity and will be key to your success in this role.-

- Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity

- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and customer service skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with ATS systems
