We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, strategic and charismatic person, to join our team as Head of Wholesale delivering for our client Scottish Water.

You will be leading and inspiring colleagues to trailblaze a ‘best in class’ operation, that supports the client’s objectives, whilst maintaining profitability and prioritising health and safety.

**The Role**:
In this brand new role, you will be working alongside Scottish Water, designing, implementing and maintaining our delivery strategy to ensure seamless customer service and flawless installation.

Included in the remit is the management and delivery of MRP (Meter Replacement Programme inclusive of Smart), BAU (Business as Usual), Permanent Disconnections, Waste Metering and GAP projects

This is an exciting time to join our organisation, and we will be looking to you to develop a high-performance culture, ensuring our delivery teams get it right first time.

**Here are some of the activities you will be involved with**
- Develop and share innovative strategies, processes and procedures, to ensure commercial and operational efficiency
- Accountable for the management and delivery of the Wholesale Plan; managing all contract procedures and facilitating in the effective delivery of strategic and operational goals
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining processes to ensure the best use of resources and systems
- Consistently review work practices, with a view to continuous improvement
- Responsible for the day-to-day management, coaching and development of direct reports.
- Foster excellent working relationships with clients, partners, customers and teams
- Continually build the strength and depth of knowledge within your senior team
- Create and maintain a safe culture of accountability and ownership
- Solely responsible for the P&L for wholesale performance, analysing and ensuring a healthy return on investment

A solid track record of success in a leadership role, specifically in creating a high-performance culture, within the utilities sector is essential, along with the following:
Strong analysis skills, with demonstrable experience of making sound decisions, that have been informed by experience and data intelligence.

Significant experience developing long term future proofing strategies and delivering solutions on time and in budget.

Significant experience of delighting customers, improving profitability and outperforming strategic objectives.

Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a business environment, characterised by complexity and rapid change.

Inspiring, influential and charismatic communication skills with experience in effectively landing key messages.
