SF Recruitment are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to work for a fantastic client of ours based in Lenton, Nottingham.(NG7)

This is a full time, temporary role paying £10.50 per hour.

Main duties will include:

- Ensure complaints are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
- Take payments over the phone
- Help process customer orders
- Data entry of customer details
- Ensure the business is following GDRP guidelines at all times
- Ensure smooth running of customer order and delivery processes
- General administrative duties such as, managing the post, filling, scanning etc

Salary; £10.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm

This is a temporary role to start ASAP and therefore you must be available immediately or at short notice.
