Higher Clerical Officer

Keenan are currently recruiting for a Higher Clerical Officer on behalf of the Northern Trust.

The post holder will be responsible for a range of duties including, booking systems, such as partial booking, day to day coordination of outpatient waiting list and clinics, ensuring an adherence to agreed protocol in relation to appointment booking and call handling.

Salary will be £11.11 per hour at a Band 3 rate and paid weekly.

Located in Thompson House, Mid Ulster Hospital, Magherafelt.

This is a temporary contract (Maternity cover) until the end of October 2023. Working pattern will be Monday to Friday 9am to 1.30pm or Mon/Tue/Wed 9-5 (22.5 hours per week)

**Essential Criteria**:
(a) 4 GCSEs to include English (Grade A*- C) or equivalent **AND**1 years’ clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment.

**OR**

(b) GCSE English (Grade A*- C) or equivalent **AND** 2 years’ clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment.
