**The Role**:
NHS Lanarkshire has two fantastic secretarial opportunities for a growing team within clinical services. The role of the Secretary will provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
- Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Secretarial experience in an equivalent position is essential

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Possess or be working towards ECDL or equivalent
- Previous experience in health care/social care setting
- Experience of handling sensitive information
- Proficient in audio typing

**Contract type**:
Permanent

Part Time

18.5 hours

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

**Location and Working Pattern**:
x1 role will be based in CMHT- Older Adult within Airbles Road Centre.

x1 role will be based in PTOP - Administration within Airbles Road Centre.

The working pattern for each role:
x1 role Wed 13:00-17:00, Thurs 09:00-17:00, Fri 09:00-16:30

x1 role Mon 09:00-17:00, Tues 09:00-17:00, Wed 09:00 12:30
