We are seeking to recruit an experienced Bar Supervisor who will support our Food and Beverage customer service manager at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

This position reports to the Head of Food & Beverage, and will be responsible for:
**_ Selection Criteria _**(Essential)**
- Ability to lead from the front and who is hands
- on, and customer focused.
- Must have experience as a supervisor of pubs, bars or restaurants.
- Demonstrable understanding of P&L's
- Applied knowledge of stock, marking and GP%
- Smart Rota'ing - right people right time
- People management
- Be able to recruit, train and retain a great team.
- Kitchen management from stock ordering and stock audit to day-to-day due diligence
- Late night focus must be able to work when the business is busiest.

Aligned to Gambling Legislation, all applicants must be aged 18 or over to work at Aspers.

This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required.

The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & and weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours.
