As our F&B Outlet Manager at The Cover, you'll cultivate a culture of excellence, overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of team members to deliver great service.
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar private members club.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
