We are seeking to expand our ME office to prepare for and commence scrutiny of all non-coronal deaths in hospital and in the communities of Lewisham & Greenwich.
The service acts to streamline the process of providing bereaved families with an explanation and opportunity to discuss the death certificate (MCCD) and advising clinical teams.
