**Deli / Hot Food Supervisor**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Kenny's Randalstown Store.

**What you'll do in this role**:
You will have a hands-on role in managing and preparing the hot food / deli instore. Your role is to provide an attractive, high quality daily offering of deli/food to go in store. You will be responsible for a small deli team in all aspects of the deli from staff training, cooking, stock ordering; preparation; presentation and customer service ensuring at all times the highest level of health, safety and hygiene standards. You will train, motivate and manage your team to provide an exceptional level of deli offering and customer service.

**What we are looking for in our Supervisors / Team Leaders**

The key is a passion for delivering high standards. Applicants should be enthusiastic about what they do, an excellent motivator of staff and be able to work in a face paced environment. You will need to have previous experience of team leader or supervising a small team; working in and managing a busy retail food to go/kitchen environment with a good working knowledge of health, safety and hygiene responsibilities; a flair for delivering consistent high quality food and customer service.

If you meet the following criteria we would love to hear from you.
- Hot food / deli preparation, cooking and display experience
- Experience in managing a small team
- Experience of training and mentoring new staff
- Level 2 food hygiene.
- Knowledge and experience of working to HACCP policies and documentation
- A “can do” attitude
- Experienced in driving high quality products / daily specials to generate sales
- Extremely customer focused

- 8 hour shift
