Team Leader

We are seeking to expand our management team by employing a **Store Supervisor/Team Leader **to work as part of our Store Management team to train and lead a team of customer service/store staff in our Kenny's Randalstown store.

Day time hours - no late nights

**As a Store Supervisor you work in conjunction with the Randalstown Store Manager to**:

- Ensure you and your staff live the Company values of “_**loyalty, respect, team-work, ownership and honest”.**_
- provide excellent customer service and standards across all areas of the store;
- provide ongoing training and mentoring to your team
- Oversee the ordering and delivery of products to the store to ensure there is a continuous high standard and range of ambient products for our customers.
- Manage promotions, product compliance and changeovers in store
- **What we are looking for**:

- Employees that can demonstrate some previous management of a team or department
- Store experience in grocery/convenience/ fresh or chilled
- Experience in providing a high standard of customer service/care
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge/experience of merchandising
- Team Leaders are required to work on a rota basis across Monday - Sunday
