**Enterprise Product Owner**

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Workplace team within Enterprise IT as a Product Owner for Device Leasing. Enterprise IT’s purpose is to support EDF UK businesses by delivering secure and stable IT solutions and creating value through expertise, scale and synergy as a trusted, customer-centric partner.

As the Product Owner you will be responsible for managing the leasing of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers for our organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to establish and maintain effective leasing processes and ensure we have the most cost-effective and efficient solutions in place.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Build the Product vision and roadmap for device leasing in collaboration with the Enterprise Product Manager, for communication to and acceptance by key stakeholders.
- Break the roadmap down into incremental deliverables as part of quarterly planning events.
- Manage and provide functional leadership to one or more product teams consisting of EDF resources, outsourced partners and service providers.
- Oversee the replacement of the existing Managed Print service with a modern, cloud-based solution with new leased multi-function printers and assure the outsourced service.
- Establish and continually improve the desktop and laptop device leasing process across the business from procurement to delivery and return.
- Assure and continuously improve the outsourced mobile device leasing service by analysing data and feedback from users.
- Work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure that the leasing service is efficient and cost-effective.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure best prices and services for our organisation.
- Understand and analyse leased device demand profiles and establish forecasting models to meet this demand.

- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and identify trends to make informed recommendations and decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a desire to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Experience of Product management and development.
- Experience of working within a multi partner outsourced environment.
