This is a office based role. We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to priorities and multitask therefore experience working with Microsoft Office is required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organise and manage filing systems
- Answer phones and take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing documents
- using excel
- Provide administrative support to staff members

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
