Role Responsibilities:

- Working with the Senior Supply Chain Manager to ensure the loading of Serviced apartments suppliers and their buildings onto thesqua.re website
- Management Suppliers of Serviced Apartments
- Negotiation of rates with Suppliers
- Supplier Management via quality checks & regular customer feedback
- Analyzing and Reporting of productivity for year on year development
- Ensure that: Defined SLA (Service Level Agreements) are made between serviced apartment suppliers
- Manage inventory & search results
- Maintain a high level of customer service as a core value of thesqua.re
- Arranging shipment and handling the inbound and outbound warehouse traffic
- Addressing problems with order flow or shipping delays and quality-control issues
- Liaise with both customers and suppliers (oversea suppliers, shipping, logistics and freight companies, etc.)
- Weekly and end of the month “Stock” increase
- Provide and maintain good customer service and solve issues if they arise
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple departments
- Support the implementation of best standards in supply chain and customer service activities
- Some travel may required
- Strong organizational skills, with proven strengths in administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform well without close supervision and a team player
- Highly organized, self-motivated, hardworking and efficient in time management
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
