Key Responsibilities: 


  • Supplier Relationship Management: Identify, assess, and manage relationships with suppliers to secure reliable and cost-effective sources of ingredients, packaging, and other operational supplies. 
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure sufficient supply to meet operational demands. 
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with our business goals, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. 
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics activities including transportation and distribution to ensure timely delivery of supplies to our stores while optimizing efficiency. 
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed. 
  • Cost Management: Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation, process improvements, and strategic sourcing. 
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to food safety, sourcing, and distribution. 
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives and support new product launches or promotions.
