**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting on delivering employee engagement plans including communication and marketing strategy, and the maintenance of both the Benefits and Global Mobility intranet sites.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits queries, dealing with complex benefits queries from the business, escalating where needed.
- Delivers the new joiners and trainee benefits inductions.
- Responsible for conducting and uploading monthly eligibility reporting. Produces some ad hoc reporting from the Benefits platform.
- Supports on the annual flexible benefit enrolment process, including organising benefit fairs, and supporting with site testing, rate uploads and renewal communications.
- A key contributor in the annual holiday processes, including carryover/flex coordination, and part time bank holiday calculations. Drafts holiday communications.
- Supports the Senior Analyst monthly payroll reporting, and processes, and long-term absence processes plus any ad hoc reporting that may be required.
- Supports on insurance renewals and production of renewal data.
- Supports on the annual SRA Practicing Certificate Renewal and ongoing SRA queries and processes.
- Invoice payment and reconciliation
- Support the Senior Global Mobility and EMEA Benefits Manager and take an active role in the day-to-day secondment management process and administrative processes involved in the Global Mobility caseload. This will include collaborating closely with third-party providers, advising the business on compliance risks and preparing secondment documentation.
- Deliver the day-to-day UK immigration operational activities including obtaining and renewing visas, advising on visa eligibility, and ensuring that employers liabilities are always met.
- Maintains UK business traveller tracker.

**Essential skills and experience**

- Minimum of three years benefits experience including administration and front-line customer service.
- Exposure to working with a flexible benefits platform.
- Proficient Excel skills, knowledge of pivot tables, V-Look Up etc. Able to manage large amounts of data.
- Experience in liaising with Payroll to manage benefit reporting/queries.
- Strong communication skills and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter, eager to learn, proactive approach and an excellent attention to detail.

**Desirable but not essential**
- Knowledge and/or experience of UK immigration.
- Exposure to international secondments/assignments.
- International benefits experience.
- Experience of working with the Darwin benefits platform.
- Exposure to pension administration.
