REED HR are currently working exclusively with a highly successful business located in the Powys area that is now seeking a HR Manager to join their business as part of their next phase of expansion.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department supporting the UK and Europe.Key responsibility is supporting employees within the organization day to day as well as beinga key player in implementing human resource programs. This position may promote upwards or acquire added responsibilities or staff based on company growth.

- Collaborate with management to determine recruitment and retention strategies and programs.
- Ensure that the business attracts, develops, and retains high quality talent, at all levels in a continuous pipeline, to support the growth objectives, opportunities and strategies of the business.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Conduct employee investigation as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyses data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Assist VP in creation and rollout company-wide policies and programs.
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
- Process monthly payroll.
**THE PERSON**:
- 5+ years’ experience working in HR
- CIPD qualified Level 7 preferred
- Able to easily build and maintain relationships
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, leading the HR function
- Able to work well under pressure and to changing priorities
- M & A experience a plus.
- Proven experience implementing companywide initiates.
- Direct recruiting experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
