Production Supervisor

My client based in Buxton is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their hardworking friendly team.

**Salary**:£33,000pa plus uplift on the night shift

**Hours**:3 on 3 off 12-hour shifts MUST BE flexible to do both days and nights

**PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO DRIVE AND HAVE A COUNTERBALANCE FLT LICENSE**

**This is a temporary to permanent role.**

Duties include:

- To supervise production operatives in the production yard as well as overseeing the packers
- Have an up-to-date awareness of goods in goods out activity
- Look after a team of around 5 plus the packing team
- Helping with Production duties where required and getting involved

Experience needed:

- IT skills
- Proven experience of running and developing a production team
- Able to work in a timely manner and prioritise workload
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- MUST have an FLT Counterbalance license
