**An average day as a Group Purchasing and Core Stock Administrator**
- Maintenance and adherence to Manufacturer and Group core stock replenishment systems including daily order processes, supersessions, return processes and stock updates.
- You will be responsible for obsolescence data downloading and communication handling.
- You will be responsible for implementing the required processes to support a quality service to key parts customers.
- You will be responsible for implementing the required processes to support a quality service to Group sites to support their needs.
- You will be responsible for multiple data downloading/ collating and report preparation for analysis.
- You will collate and distribute reports to Site Managers and Regional Managers
- Full training will be provided to audit branch procedures and processes to improve adherence to Group and Manufacturer purchasing policies.

- You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
- You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
- You will have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate at management level.
