**Duties include**:
Maintenance and adherence to Manufacturer and Group core stock replenishment systems including daily order processes, supersessions, return processes and stock updates.

Responsible for obsolescence data downloading and communication handling.

Responsible for implementing the required processes to support a quality service to key parts customers

Responsible for implementing the required processes to support a quality service to Group sites to support their needs

Responsible for multiple data downloading/ collating and report preparation for analysis.

Collate and distribute reports to Site Managers and Regional Managers

Training provided to audit branch procedures and processes to improve adherence to Group and Manufacturer purchasing policies.

MINIMUM - GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel

Good communication skills / telephone manner with the ability to communicate at management level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
