We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our fast-growing Sales team to be responsible for Sales Administrative duties and assist the Sales department in resourcing, compliance and booking process.

To excel in this role, you need to have very good communication skills, good time management and organisational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up initial compliance documents, documents about to expire and share with compliance team.
- Add bookings/shifts into the ERP and maintain other relevant information including sales data and statistics.
- Handle administrative duties of the department and sales team members.

**We are looking for**
- An intelligent, mature and quick-thinking nature
- The ability to absorb information quickly
- Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong academic record from a top tier university (preferred but not essential)
- Other non-academic success (sports, travel, fundraising etc.) will be highly sought after
