We are looking to recruit a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our small but busy Finance Team. The role will involve the delivery of high-quality support to the Practice Director, Accounts Manager and wider accounts team and to provide important day to day transactional support including:
- Dealing with daily transactions, including receipts, payments and bill postings
- Performing daily reporting and reconciliations
- Dealing with staff and partner expenses
- Ensuring accounting processes are fulfilled to enable prompt decision making at management level
**Key duties will include**:
- Transaction processing
- Daily reporting and reconciliation of transactions to bank accounts
- Preparation and distribution of monthly summaries
- Nominal analysis and expense summaries
- Ad hoc assistance to department supervisors and managers
