We are working with our client to find them a Permanent or Interim Head of People. This role will work collaboratively with the organisation's management team on vision, mission, and strategic priorities.

To provide proactive and highly effective leadership of a department, demonstrating ambition and aspiration for themselves and for their teams. It is essential that the successful Head of People is firmly focused on the organisation's journey to becoming outstanding.
- To manage and lead a comprehensive Human Resources, Organisational Development and Professional Development service
- To provide direction and leadership to the Human Resources team on casework managing their performance, knowledge, and development
- To provide direction and leadership to the Workforce Development Coordinator on casework managing their performance, knowledge, and development
- Management Support

- Recruitment, Reward and Recognition
- Organisation Development

**Head of People - The Person**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- CIPD (level 7)
- Significant, demonstrable successful Management experience
- Experienced Leader
- Financial Acumen
- Full Driving Licence

£42,392 per annum

Pension Scheme with 14.9% contribution

Enhanced sickness allowance after probation

Monday to Friday
