As a home support worker, you will have the opportunity to work with many Services User’s, each from different backgrounds, with daily tasks from supporting with personal care tasks such as showering and bathing, dressing/undressing, continence care, oral hygiene, preparing and serving meals, medication support, general housekeeping duties, to planning activities and encouraging social involvement. Whether you are supporting a Service User with personal care, preparing a meal, or general housekeeping tasks you will have the chance to develop competencies such as attention to detail and interpersonal communication. You can challenge your physical strength and aptitude for compassion by providing quality care with enthusiasm and integrity.

We believe that a good work life balance is crucial to working within the care sector, therefore we believe that set days and areas can enable staff to enjoy the best of both.

**Salary**: £11.00-£16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
