Fibre Supervisor

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fibre Supervisor to join a rapidly expanding, upcoming Telecoms Infrastructure Provider aiding their Fibre Network rollout throughout Essex.

The company is an established sub-contractor who are market leaders in the fibre broadband Telecoms sector. Your role as a Fibre Supervisor will be responsible for looking after the fibre builds and will lead and supervise teams of people building the fibre builds.

Key responsibilities for this Fibre Supervisor role:

- Supervising Gangs
- Cable Pulling/Ducting
- Audits
- Liaising with Project Coordinators and Project Managers
- Keeping track of test rodding, blowing and materials
- Working across 5 builds, on the main client contract

Experience required for this Fibre Supervisor role:

- Working on major fibre build projects
- Team management on fibre builds
- Audits on fibre broadband builds
- Fibre Supervising
- Fibre Splicing experience
