**Experienced Hoist Driver Wanted for Top Residential Developer in Mill Hill**
- Hours of work are from 8am to 5:30pm, and you will be paid for 10 hours per day. The hourly rate is £15.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate hoist safely and efficiently, ensuring all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Load and unload materials and personnel onto the hoist
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the hoist
- Communicate effectively with site personnel to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a hoist driver in a construction setting
- Ability to operate hoist in a safe and controlled manner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A valid hoist driver certification
