The role is to support the team who manage service charge accounts for multiple retirement developments, so experience in this field is preferred.

Keys tasks will be to manage the development budgets process, bank reconciliations, producing year end accounts, dealing with queries.

You must have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills, experience of budgeting and finance, Excel to an intermediate level, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload and have excellent attention to detail. The qualities they are looking for are self-motivation, display initiative, be resilient and able to work under pressure, enthusiastic, able to work independently as well as part of a busy team.
