Are you looking for a varied part-time job working from home 5 days a week 3 hours a day supporting with a varied range of administration duties?
- **You will need to live locally to Stamford to attend regular meetings and visit sites and will have your own transport.**

Areas of responsibility include:
**Bookkeeping**
- Enter all invoices into Xero, categorise using the correct nominal codes
- Check and file bank statements
- Reconcile all accounts
- Submit monthly CIS returns
- Submit monthly VAT returns

**Inbox & Diary Management**
- Set up inbox rules
- Inbox management - escalating and filed in folders for Directors
- Scan important docs and file

**General administration**
- Collate and file paperwork for sites eg building regulations certificates, Hetas (Heating Equipment Testing and Approvals Scheme certificates
- Product warranty details

**Hours**: 3 hours per day (tba), 5 days a week Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £23,000 - £28,000 FTE depending on experience
