**Job overview**

The main function of this role is to be field based and drive to new properties we take on and complete the new property process. The person will also be asked on occasions to help other departments within the business. It is a role where there will be a lot of driving. A company vehicle will be provided.

Hours are 9am-5.30pm with the opportunity for overtime when necessary.

There will also be an element to support other departments in the business on the field where necessary.

You will be reporting to the Head of Landlord Partnerships.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

The role requires you to be responsible for collecting keys for our new properties from letting agents/landlords and completing the new property process.

Key Functions and Duties:

- Daily diary and tasks will be managed by someone in the head office
- Collect keys from the letting agent or landlord and getting them cut where necessary
- Put up a key safe, window restrictors, smoke & co2 alarms
- Complete an inventory and key collection report
- Carry out routine inspections
- Collect and deliver stock to our property managers
- Assist other departments to do property inspections
- Give feedback to your line manager to resolve operational issues within the Landlord Services Department
- Collect items of furniture and ‘soft furniture’ from local shops
- Be an active change agent, seeking to support and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Support colleagues across the business so that the business as a whole can be as successful as possible

**Personal Characteristics**

**Skills**:

- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for manual vehicles
- Must enjoy driving long distances
- Confident communicator
- Ability to solve problems
- Able to work well under pressure
- Good at multi-tasking
- Basic knowledge on how to use a drill (training can be provided)
- Motivated to help grow a department
- Able to work alone and part of a team
- Competent with modern technology and apps

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
