**Key responsibilities**:
To answer the phone and take all necessary details/ book appointments for the sales team.

Input customer jobs/ enquiries into our systems data base and delegate the enquiries to the sales persons.

To maintain the highest level of contact service to all customers.

To go through planning portals and make contact with any new projects that may be up and coming and follow through with them.

Contact other trades such as building companies, architects, window companies and builders merchants to see if our products are of interest to there businesses.

General admin office duties.

Sales experience

Good administrative and IT skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent telephone manner

Commitment to quality and customer service

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritise workload and work in a small team

Must be punctual

Window and door experience would be preferred but training will be provided

Working Hours 8am to 4pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
