Salary / Rate of pay: £55,000 - £60,000**

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with this iconic luxury spa hotel which compromises of an award winning restaurant based in central Manchester and we are looking for an Exec Chef to look after the 2 main kitchens of which one is of a rosettestandard.

An exciting opportunity to take over and make your mark on somewhere which is highly recognised in the area. Working closely within the management to ensure success in the restaurant and banqueting. You will possess a professional approach and demonstrateoutstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You must have excellent organisational skills and previous experience of setting and managing budgets is also essential.

**What's involved?**

You will be in charge of running the main restaurant and also overseeing the banqueting. There are strong in teams in both departments however they require someone with excellent organisational skills who has worked within a 2AA rosette environment and alsoa large hotel environment to be able to understand what the role fully entails. You will be expected to also do the following:
Planning menus. Making sure food is of the right quality and price, Managing stock and ordering food from suppliers. Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records. Managing health and hygiene procedures. Organising the staff duty rota, recruiting, training,and developing staff.

Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing.
