**About the Company**:
Our Client is an established Independent Financial Services Company with over 40 years experience. Their financial Advisers are fully qualified and experienced in providing advice on pensions, investments, mortgages and insurance products.

They understand the needs of professionals who often require financial plans that are flexible and address their complex requirements.

They are looking for an approachable, proactive and confident individual who is able to balance a busy workload whilst ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will suit someone who has been working within the Financial Services industry who has experience within the Pensions & Investments area.

You will be responsible for providing post-sales support to the Financial Advisers.

It is essential, that the successful applicant has at least 2 years of previous experience in the Financial Services industry and/or relevant qualifications.

**What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include As A IFA Administrator**:

- Making sure client compliance files are up to date
- Pipeline chasing
- Liaising with clients and providers to ensure a smooth journey to completion
- Maintain clients records on our internal system using Intelligent Office software
- Processing of funds switches
- General client servicing to include withdrawals, contribution increase/decreases
- Preparation of Portfolio Valuation Reports

**What is Needed to Be Considered For This IFA Administrator Role**:

- Proficient with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- At least 2 years experience of working as a IFA Administrator.
- Financial Services qualifications are desirable
- Able to cope with IT and telecommunications equipment
- Good communication skills
- Professional attitude

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£36,231.13 per year
